Mr Leslie Quak

Founder and Principle Consultant of Ashton Consulting Group, Leslie has been consulting in the corporate services industry for more than 25 years and brings with him a wealth of business and corporate experience. Areas of corporate experience include but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and tax consulting. A professional corporate secretary, Leslie is known for his sharp and keen eye for detail and quick action.

Ms Kiki Ng

Kiki Ng has 20 years' experience as a performance-oriented Human Resource Practitioner cum Trainer

Professionally trained in HRM and learning psychology, Kiki Ng is positive and lively in her approach. She enthuses her audience by always providing interactive and energetic presentation of her material in a comprehensive, yet hilarious and easy to use format of ideas that work. Most of her participants describe her as a very creative, fun and lively trainer who sets high standards.

Kiki Ng graduated from the University Of Leicester, UK with a MSc. in Training and HRM. Her first degree is a B. Economics from a local university in Malaysia. She is also a certified Master NLP, Hypnotherapy and Timeline Practitioner (under the coaching of Dr Tad James) and a member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists. Her latest achievement is being one of the very few Certified NLP, Timeline and Hypnotherapist Trainer, registered with the American Board of NLP and Timeline Therapy. She is also a Certified Master Coach with ABNLP and ABH.

William Chong is Senior Trainer of Nova Corp Management. William has trained in ISO 9000 Lead Assessor and 6 Sigma and has an all round in-depth Engineering and Management knowledge in Design Quality, Supplier Quality and Manufacturing Quality. With more than 8 years experience and having audited, visited and developed more than 100 suppliers from various industries within Asia and Europe, he has a sound understanding of the industries’ best practices.

Apart from his role in devising the Restriction of Harzardous Substances (RoHS) William has also held the position of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Manager.

A proven leader and a polished speaker with immense depth of experience in working with diverse groups of people from the corporate world, coupled with his ability in motivating people to perform, many companies have benefited from his services.

Associate Trainer - Ms Amy Aai

Ms Aai Sheau Ye read law at the University of Glamorgan, UK and obtained the Sweet & Maxwell Book Prize for Academic Excellence in 1995. After graduation, Ms Aai attended University of Malaya and obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice. Thereafter Ms Aai joined and became an Associate Member of the Malaysian Insurance Institute. Ms Amy is also a Certified NLP Practitioner. Courses that she conducts frequently are: Creative Thinking Skills, Problem Solving, Business English, Motivation and Team Building, Basic Accounting, Finance for Non Finance People and technical report writing skills
